We are certainly not another clinical research training centre that works out of a small one-room office trying to impart the same text book PPTs you might have dozed -off in your class room. We are a spin-off of a reputed CRO. How are we different? , you ask. Well, we are different in many ways. Let us brief you on that:
BioRadius Institute was born on witnessing first-hand the dearth of human resource talent available currently, given the fact that India is a leader in clinical research sector. To our dismay, we see science students, young talents, coming out of colleges and universities without even a slight idea of what future awaits them. Most of the time, they only carry a vague idea of what to pursue and were never given the knowledge to probe all the possibilities they have to explore. We feel it is our responsibility as industry experts to show a tour of what the clinical research fuss is all about! and as your future ,how do you fare in it?
Now from the Industry view point, CROs lack human resources terribly. Most of the time is spent in grooming the new candidates who is completely ignorant to the field. We feel a huge gap here. BioRadius Institute bridges this gap and empowers students to place well in the Industry.
